DISIMULANDO LAS 'IMPERFECCIONES' POST-NAVIDEÑAS

Una vez terminadas las fiestas de navidad, después de haber disfrutado de los excesos propios de la fecha, nos toca volver a encontrarnos con nuestra realidad. Y esta realidad suele ir marcada con un hecho concreto que nos afecta a todas las mujeres en mayor o menor medida: hemos ganado peso y la ropa se encarga de contárselo al mundo.

Preocupados ante este fenómeno que se repite todos los años en el mes de enero, en AF Moda hemos querido dedicar nuestro primer post del año a darles algunos consejos sobre cómo podemos disimular con nuestra ropa las evidencias de las fiestas, de forma que, mientras vamos recuperando nuestra figura con dieta y ejercicio, podamos seguir sintiéndonos guapas y enfrentándonos a la vida con seguridad y buena actitud.

No se trata de ?camuflar? nuestra realidad, sino simplemente de hacerla más llevadera mientras estamos mejorando nuestra condición física. Después de todo, parte de la misión de la ropa y la imagen es esa, ayudarnos a disimular nuestras imperfecciones y hacernos sentir hermosas, sacando lo mejor que llevamos dentro. Así que dicho esto, comenzamos!

En líneas generales, buscaremos prendas que creen sensación de verticalidad en el cuerpo, utilizando líneas rectas, tejidos con caída y peso monocromáticos,  y evitado los contrastes de color entre la parte alta y baja del cuerpo. Debemos evitar especialmente los tejidos elásticos y las prendas ajustadas. Un poco de tacón en el zapato nos ayudará a crear sensación de mayor esbeltez. También debemos potenciar la parte superior de nuestro cuerpo con un buen maquillaje y  arreglo del cabello, de forma que desviemos la atención de la parte inferior de nuestro cuerpo que suele ser la que evidencia el sobrepeso. En este sentido, los complementos y accesorios nos serán de gran utilidad.




Con respecto a las PRENDAS SUPERIORES, las escogeremos preferiblemente de manga larga, con sisas altas y bien colocadas en la parte superior del brazo (nunca anchas). Es recomendable llevar camisetas anchas y por fuera del pantalón, preferiblemente en colores lisos y sin adornos o frunces que lejos de disimular puedan darnos más volumen. Si elegimos estampados, estos deben ser pequeños. Los plisados suaves, las líneas diagonales y el corte imperio ayudan a disimular tripita bastante bien. Y recordemos que siempre podemos recurrir a la lencería de control, en caso que la situación sea demasiado grave.



Para las PRENDAS INFERIORES, tenderemos a escoger pantalones y faldas que nos queden a la cintura o justo debajo de ella, de forma que se disimule lo mejor posible la tripita. Debemos además decantarnos por cortes rectos, sin volantes, adornos o frunces, y preferiblemente en tonos oscuros, dejando el colorido para las prendas superiores.


El VESTIDO una vez más se vuelve nuestro mejor aliado para disimular imperfecciones, ya que unifica la silueta. Aquellos que sean de corte imperio o cruzados con corte al pecho son los mejores cuando tenemos algo de sobrepeso, ya que nos ayudan a disimular las imperfecciones de vientre y caderas. Acompañados con un bonito blazer de corte clásico o con un cárdigan nos ayudarán a crear sensación de verticalidad.


Como pueden ver, una vez más la Moda puede ser nuestra mejor aliada para ser la mujer que queramos ser, y en este caso, para sobrevivir a la difícil transición de recuperarla figura luego de las fiestas. Christmas holidays are over, and after having enjoyed the excesses of the date, we have to meet again with our reality. And this reality is usually marked with a specific event that affects all women in a greater or lesser extent: we have gained weight and our clothes take care of telling it to the world.

Concerned about this phenomenon that is repeated every year in the month of January, in AF Moda we wanted to dedicateour first post of the year to give you some tips on how we can hide with our clothes theevidence of the holidays, so that, while we are recovering our figure with diet and exercise, we can continue feeling pretty and facing life with confidence and a good attitude.

It is not about "masking" our reality; it´s simply to make it morebearable while we are improving our fitness. After all, part of the mission of theclothes and image is to help us hide our imperfections and make us feel beautiful, pulling out the best in us. So, let´s begin!.

In general, we must look for clothes that create verticality sensation in the body, usingstraight lines, monochromatic fabrics with fall and weight,avoiding the color contrasts between the upper and lower body. We should especially avoidstretch fabrics and tight clothing. A little heel in the shoe will helpus create more slenderness sensation. We must also strengthen the upperpart of our body with good makeupand hair styling, so that they deviate attention from the bottom of our body which is usually the evidence of being overweight. In this sense, fashion accessories will be very useful.





About TOP GARMENTS, we will preferably choose long sleeves, with high armholes and well placed in the upper arm (never wide). It is advisable to wear wide-shirts, alwaysoutside our pants, preferably in solid color without trimmings or frills that may give us more volume. If we choose prints, these should be small. The soft pleats, diagonal lines andempire waist help hide the tummy quite well. And remember that if the situation is too serious, we can always go to control lingerie.


For BOTTOM GARMENTS, we must choosepants and skirts that we remain at the waist or just below it, so we can hide thetummy. We should also opt for straight cuts, nofrills, embellishments or pleats, and preferably in dark tones, leaving the colorful garmentsfor the upper part of the body.


Once again the DRESS becomes our best ally to hideimperfections as it unifies the silhouette. Those with empire-cut or cross cut around the breastare the best when we have overweightbecause they help us to conceal imperfections in belly and hips. Accompanied with a nice classic cut blazer or cardigan, the dress will help to create a sense of verticality.


As you can see, one more time Fashion can be our best ally to be the woman we want to be, and in this case, to survive the difficult transition of getting back in shape after the holidays.
