I"m not a makeup artist, and I don"t try to be; but I"ve been learning about makeup little by little, making mistakes. In this post I wanna give you 5 short tips that will make the difference in your look, I promise!
1. Demasiado corrector = ¡Desastre! // Too much concealer = Disaster!
Existen muchísimos correctores, de muchas calidades y en muchas formulaciones; pero sean como sean tenéis que poner la cantidad justa para cubrir la ojera. Aplicadlo poco a poco (mejor con pincel) e id añadiendo más cantidad si lo necesitáis. Si ponéis demasiado, se acumulará y formará odiosos pliegues.
There"s lots of concealers, with different qualities and formulas; I doesn"t matter how It is, you just have to put the amount that you need under your eye. Apply it little by little (better with a brush) and add much more product if you really need it. If you put too much, it will form awful folds under your eyes.
2. Demasiada base = Más difícil de difuminar // Too much foundation = Difficult to blend
Aplica siempre la base en poca cantidad. Evitarás que se formen líneas con la brocha y la manejarás mejor. Ve añadiendo a medida que necesite más producto y si necesitas cobertura en una zona insiste un poco en ese punto (puedes usar una esponja o brocha plana).
Always apply your foundation in a little quantity. You will avoid those awful lines when you try to blend with your brush. Continue adding product if you need it. If you need more coverage in a point, use more product just there (you can use a sponge or a flat brush).
3. Rellena tus cejas // Fill your eyebrows
Al principio puedes verte rara o puedes pensar que no es un paso importante, pero cuando te acostumbras ves realmente la diferencia. Tu rostro queda mucho más definido y pulido. Utiliza siempre un color un poco más claro que tu ceja natural para no crear facciones demasiado duras.
At the beginning you can thing that it"s weird or that it"s not an important step, but when you get used to it you really notice the difference in your makeup. Your face will be much more defined, and your makeup will bi much more polished. Always use a lighter color than your natural eyebrow color, we don"t want to create a hard expression.
4. ¡Ilumina tu rostro! // Highlight your face!
Utilizar un iluminador en lo alto del pómulo hará que tu maquillaje sea mucho más luminoso y glamuroso, ¡deja un acabado fantástico y notarás la diferencia!

5. ¡Necesitas máscara de pestañas! // You need mascara!
La máscara de pestañas es un producto básico.Aunque sea el único maquillaje que lleves, verás cómo cambia tu aspecto con ella. ¡Te dará un look más despierto!, realmente marca la diferencia.
Mascara is a basic product. It can be the only product that you"re using, you will notice the difference for sure. You will seem more awake!, it really makes de difference.
