One of the must go places in Vegas is the Stratosphere Hotel. Even if you are not staying there you must visit the Observation Deck and if you are an adrenaline lover you must take the thrill rides or try the SkyJump -of course I didn’t but my family did-. Once we reached the 108 floor at a 1,800 fpm (feet per minute) when by the way I had my thrill ride dosis per that day, we enjoy of the second most beautiful view of the city -the first one was the High Roller to me because of what represents as an experience-.
We were there during the day so the view must increase it’s amazingness at night but it is still exciting. There you can get your extra dosis of thrilness at the 3 rides and the SkyJump. My Bunny, his sister and her hubbie experienced the Big Shot while I took some interesting pictures and videos from the other rides. After that, we had some drinks at the AirBar and then aheaded to the Circus Circus Hotel for more thrilling rides but that I will tell you on another post.
How I would love to celebrate my BDay throwing a party at the Deck! That would be so cool! Hopefully I can do it someday before I die -lol-. Hoy te comparto mi experiencia al visitar el hotel Stratosphere en Las Vegas. Aún si no te hospedas ahí tienes que ir al Mirador que se encuentra en el piso 108 o si eres amante de la adrenalina, subirte a las 3 atracciones o al salto de caída libre. Yo por supuesto me conformé con subir al mirador, para mi fue suficiente con que el elevador que nos subió al mirador fuera a una velocidad de 1,800 pies por minuto. En cuanto el elevadorista nos lo comentó me puse pálida y nerviosa, por un momento pensé que se sentiría como el Kilahuea de Six Flags pero afortunadamente no fue así.
Al llegar a la cima salimos a la terraza a observar la espectacular vista de la ciudad, el Stratosphere es considerado desde el 2010 como el lugar número uno para observar Las Vegas. Yo la verdad preferí la vista desde el High Roller porque la experiencia en sí es totalmente distinta y puede que también haya influido el que fuimos de día al Stratosphere. Mi Conejito, mi cuñada y su esposo se subieron al Big Shot mientras que yo tomé algunas fotos de otro de los juegos. Ya no se subieron a los otros porque aunque les gusta la adrenalina tanto el Insanity como el X-Cream son solamente aptos para loquitos jiji. ¡Te lo juro! Ya lo verás en el video que suba a YouTube.
Luego pasamos al SkyBar a tomar algo para refrescarnos porque ya los últimos dos días que anduvimos por allá el calor aumentó exponencialmente, ¡sentía que me derretía! Y nos fuimos rápido porque también quisieron ir al Circus Circus a subirse a los juegos que hay allá también, pero eso te lo cuento en otro post.
