Atong Arjok nació el 5 de octubre de 1985, en California, Estados Unidos. Esta joven de 19 años de origen sudanés fue descubierta por primera vez en Los Ángeles y es una de las mejores modelos de piel muy oscura del momento. Actualmente, ella está representada por la agencia de modelos Why Not , Trump, LA Models y T Model Mangement.

                       

Atong Arjok was born on October 5, 1985, in California, United States. She is an America-Sudanese model aged twenty-nine years old. Atong Arjok was first discovered in Los Angeles and is one of the top Nubian models who entered the fashion industry since the trendy model, Alek Wek. Presently, she is represented by Why Not Model Agency, Trump, L.A. Models, and T Model Management. 



Con sus 1,75 m de estatura y una talla 34, a menudo se confunde a Atong Arjok con la modelo Ajak Deng también de origen sudanés, debido al enorme parecido físco. Atong Arjok es considerada como una de las modelos más elegantes del momento.

Atong Arjok is approximately 1.75 meters tall. Moreover, she normally wears a size 39 shoe and a size 34 dress. Her hair and eyes are brown and has very long legs. She has often been compared to Ajak Deng who is a Sudanese model, due to her dark skin, stylish look and her natural beauty. Atong Arjok is considered one of the most elegant black models in the world.

One of Atong Arjok?s primary runway works was in September, 2006. She walked in the Spring Shows for Alexander Herchcovitch, Phillip Lim and Diane von in New York. She then stepped onto the runway appearance in September, 2007 for 3.1 Phillip Lim & Catherine Malandrino in New York. Arjok continued her walking tradition in the 2008 September shows, where she closed the Yeohlee Spring Show. She has walked for Sass and Bide, Custo Barcelona, Lacoste, Luca Luca and Heatherette as well.

                 



Al poco de su descubrimiento, Atong Arjok fue elegida para protagonizar una campaña publicitaria de Sephora en 2006. Más tarde apareció en la revista Vogue italiana en octubre de 2006 y luego apareció en la campaña Behnaz Sarafpour Target. También se convirtió en el rostro de Tadashi en el mismo año. Shortly after her discovery, Atong Arjok was chosen to appear in the ad campaign for Sephora in 2006. In 2007, she made a few appearances in Allure and Trace. She has also appeared in National ad campaigns for Diesel, Estee Lauder and Destination Style New York.
