We all had a palace when we were children, a secret corner with which we dreamed about its interiors, its gardens, its undiscovered charm... and wondered how life was there. We use to go back in time, that time of dresses, horses, poetry, chivalry and gala dinners. I had my corner, a palace that ran in my mind whenever I passed by car during my childhood. But... what if someone very close invites you to celebrate her wedding in the palace of your dreams? That?s what happened just few days ago, so I left the sinsilla at home and kept the tall one, I dressed her in honour to the bride and to that little girl who dreamed of stepping on that charming corner. Here I you?ll see how my dream come true in a Renaissance palace of the 19th century, the prettiest floors my feet have ever walked down... where I enjoyed the grooms? love and the wedding of the year. Congrats to the newlyweds!
A romantic and timeless dress with a tulle falling in a pink nude hue with a black French sleeves bolero, back buttoned and Asian flair (it reminds me of Geishas). That was my election, which I curiously bought in the same place where my family got my communion dress (yes... studied in a nuns? school). Little imagined that innocent tall girl of 8 years, who entered the atelier in search of a communion custom dress while she dreamed of her palace, that would come back 20 years later to step on it in reality.
